Motion 33 Ambassador Program Policy

Welcome to the Motion 33 Ambassador Program! We're excited to invite you to represent a brand rooted in confidence, comfort, and empowerment. This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that govern your participation in the Motion 33 Ambassador Program (the “Program”).

By applying to and participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and to promote Motion 33 products—especially our signature shapewear, performance pieces, and comfort apparel—with authenticity and in alignment with our brand values.

1. Eligibility

To join the Motion 33 Ambassador Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Maintain an active and public social media presence that reflects Motion 33’s mission
Promote Motion 33 in a way that aligns with our core values of body positivity, inclusivity, and empowerment

2. Ambassador Expectations

As a Motion 33 Ambassador, you agree to:

Represent the brand honestly and in your own authentic voice
Share genuine feedback and use your personal referral code or link responsibly
Follow all FTC guidelines for influencer marketing (e.g., proper disclosure using #ad, #ambassador, etc.)
Refrain from false claims, offensive content, hate speech, or any behavior that may harm Motion 33’s brand reputation

3. Compensation & Commissions

Ambassadors may earn commissions on qualifying sales made through their unique referral link or code
Full commission structure, payout timeline, and performance tracking details will be shared upon acceptance into the Program
Motion 33 reserves the right to withhold or revoke commissions in cases of fraudulent or suspicious activity

4. Use of Motion 33 Content & Materials

You may use brand-approved content or create your own branded content, as long as it positively represents Motion 33
Motion 33 may repost, share, or feature your content on its website, social media, or marketing platforms with appropriate credit

5. Termination of Participation

Motion 33 reserves the right to terminate your Ambassador account at any time if you:

Breach these Terms
Engage in conduct deemed harmful to the brand online or offline
Violate U.S. advertising laws, FTC guidelines, or intellectual property rights

Termination will result in revoked access to the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

6. Policy Updates

We may update or revise this Policy at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued participation in the Program after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
